which includes conventional allopathic mainstream medicine (Prescription Drugs)
combined with biological medicine, functional medicine, and environmental medicine
Biological Medicine:
-Use of non-prescription pharmaceutical-grade herbal/homeopathic medications
-Individualized assessment of vitamin/mineral supplements
Functional Medicine:
-Investigation and treatment of symptoms with few or no clinical findings
such as fatigue, digestive dysfunctions, immune dysfunctions, hormonal
dysfunctions, multi-system disorders
Environmental Medicine:
-Inhalent/pollen/mold allergies
-Food intolerances
-Chemical sensitivities
I’m a Licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.);
I have Pharmacy degree (B.Sc.Phm.)-
But I am not a licensed Naturopathic Physician (N.D.)
Our office visits are only covered by MSPBC if they are Limited to prescrition medications and/or conventional medical investigations. Integrative medicine office visits are not covered by MSPBC
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia classified me as a ”Medical Consultant”; and insists that all new patients obtain a referral from a General Practitoner or Medical Specialist.
I shall dictate a consultation patient report to the referring Physician.
** Copies of recent or significant lab investigations, X-ray reports, and
specialists consultation reports are very helpful.
